Jacquetton

(b. 1970, Dijon, France)

French artist Lætitia Jacquetton first found her way into fashion design, exploring shapes and colors in fast paced hub as Paris, Milan and Hong-Kong. She was always in love with japanese minimal aesthetics and garden stone. During a trip in Japan, she had a chance to blow a glass in Okinawa which was a life-changing experience.

Italy being her second home, Jacquetton furthered her glassblowing apprenticeship in Murano, Venice, and nowworks in studios in France and Italy, supported with the best masters inglass-blowing.

As the first person to set eyes on Jacquetton’s glasswork, Lauren Manoogian encouraged her to develop it, inviting her to exhibit within the demanding vision of her own workin her New-York Gallery in 2020. Then she has been showing her work in “Echos”, a collective exhibition in Paris Design Week 2021, in GURU art Fair Paris andin Galerie Stimmung Paris during 2021 FIAC before a solo show in Tokyo in Food for Thought Gallery 2021.
